The world premiere of a commission for The Donald Brinegar Singers in honor of the conductor’s 70th birthday will be performed by The Donald Brinegar Singers, Donald Brinegar, conducting. The work will feature the poem “Imagination! Who Can Sing Thy Force?” by the 18th-century African-American poet, Phyllis Wheatley.
